Custom Yacht

For an owner there is no better suit than his boat. For this reason, just like a tailor who makes tailor-made clothes, we too build tailor-made boats for the customer.
Custom Yacht is a true naval tailoring able to understand the tastes, needs and lifestyle of the owner and, through a typically tailored approach, to forge in the smallest details the yacht that suits him.Our boats, in steel-aluminum or aluminum, are 100% custom, produced from scratch according to the indications of the customer who, as in a prestigious tailor's shop, has the possibility of entrusting the creation of his favorite outfit to four great designers of international level - Sergio Cutolo (Hydro Tec), Marco Casali, Paolo Tamburini and Michele Dragoni - and to choose the one that, from a stylistic point of view, comes closest to his desires.Completely customized yachts and superyachts take shape from their pencils, therefore unique and unrepeatable. Sewn on, from bow to stern, like a perfect dress.

"Do you have room in the refrigerator?"

These words, pronounced with a clear Palermo accent, during the 2006 Genoa Boat Show, are the first memory I have of Mauro Corvisieri.
"Look, I'm the designer of this boat" I replied, a little piqued "and here we have all the refrigerated space you need".

A matter of moments and I saw myself handing out a series of trays loaded with cannoli "Made in Palermo" that our new friend had sent, daily, by air transport from Sicily to offer them to the guests who visited his brand new C-Boat.

For years, Mauro and I have cultivated our friendship by exchanging impressions, ideas, happy evenings, a few drinks ... and many cannoli.

Mauro had his team and I had my Clients: one day, however, we thought that, perhaps, it might be worth completing the picture by also adding the professional aspect to that, let's say, friendly and convivial.

Since that day, if possible, friendship, mutual esteem and affection have even increased and we try to never miss opportunities for a meeting, a dinner, a chat or a nice drink together.

Mauro is a unique personality in the world of Italian boating. In the meantime, he is fortunate to be one of the few in our world of nautical operators who, thanks to his own high-level friendships, has actually experienced the boat as an "owner" and, therefore, is fully aware of what a boat must have for pleasure.

Mauro has an incredible vital energy, yet life has not always been kind to him: paradoxically, every blow he receives turns into a positive charge that sustains him and pushes him towards new and more important goals.
It is a pleasure and a privilege to share this new path with him.

I was looking for a new professional figure and new inspiration and searching the internet I came across Mauro and several articles about him and his company.

After several email exchanges we met via Skype in the middle of the year 2021 and from there everything really began.

Our collaboration was initially only virtual but I already understood that Mauro was a smart and easygoing person with a great desire to work with new designers.

We started to collaborate through first on one of my personal projects that I had developed during the last years of university, "Domus," a 27 meters yacht that thanks to Mauro we improved and then with a series of projects for both C Boat, C Tender and Custom Yacht bands.

From the work done over the years, I gave birth to DOMUS YACHT DESIGN, a brand that today supports both Mauro's company and other companies in the development of both new Yachts and Home Interiors.

As my mentor always says, "Let's move forward!"

Too Design | Marco Casali

The Too-design design studio was founded by the Italian and Danish architect Marco Casali in 2002.

His long-term passion for yachting began when he was 6 years old cruising on an old steel Akerboom yacht and sailing in several Olympic classes.
He started designing yachts at that age and after graduating cum laude in architecture he started a long collaboration with the Ferretti group and the Zuccon studio.

To date, more than 700 boats are produced with the work of Too-design. The design studio is working on projects ranging from 5 to 110 meters from the engine to the sail and solar-powered ones with only one lowest common denominator, the dream.

Marco Casali pays particular attention to "green design" with one of the largest productions of hybrid and full electric boats and with different ecological concepts, especially for superyachts but also for electric tenders and plastic collection vessels.

The sail part of the office works side by side with civil architecture and industrial design. From luxury villas, to electric bikes and temporary stands for Ferrari and Mercedes, the development of design.

" The opportunity to work with Mauro Corvisieri on Sartoria Custom Yacht was for us a natural continuation of friendship and sharing common dreams about the passions we have . Several projects had already been drawn together with the main goal of reading a single Taylor equipped design made to make the owner's dreams come true. "

Dragoni Design Lab | Michele Drago

Dragoni Design Lab was founded in the heart of Varese, inside an elegant sixteenth-century cloister with historical and artistic contents important.

Inside these suggestive rooms the stylistic avant-gardes that have always distinguished the projects born during my fifteen years of experience can travel over time and enrich with new content. A design vision facing the future but rooted and steeped in knowledge.

"Design empathy is one of the characteristics that makes the difference when it comes to giving form and concreteness to an owner's vision. Relational empathy is equally important and fundamental, certainly not lacking in Mauro Corvisieri and the Custom Yacht reality.
For this reason collaboration opportunities arise spontaneously ".
